The Circle of Security-Parenting ™ intervention enhances attachment in early parent-child relationships. Most behavioral and emotional problems in very young children can be traced to problems with attachment to their primary caregivers. Here is the good news! Parents and caregivers can be taught to enhance their attachments that enable healthy child development and provide children with the capacity to form secure attachment with their own children as adults.  Attachment is the invisible heirloom that supports learning, mental health, relationships, mood, regulation and more!

COS-P is an 8-week course. Workshops will be held every Wednesday night starting on September 28th, 2022, at 6-pm – 8pm and ends on Wednesday, November 8th, 2022. Participants will complete an attachment assessment to discover their own attachment styles and receive a COS-P Workbook containing reflection exercises to practice attachment skills at home.
