COSP is an evidence-based workshop designed to help parents & caregivers discover the attachment needs hidden underneath behaviors. Sometimes, attention is a cry for connection. Security seeking behaviors may be packaged in behaviors that include whining, crying, screaming, hitting & aggressing.

About the event
Circle of Security -Parenting is a 16-hour course. COS-P classes are scheduled for 4 hours each week or 2 hours each week. (Please inquire)
Homework is provided each week. This class includes your COS-P workbook.
Classes are available in the evening from 6 pm -8 pm
Cost: $800.00
