There are multiple pathways to managing the symptoms of ADHD/ADD. The pathways that provide the best outcomes are those that are biologically respectful and combine multiple approaches towards enhancing attention, impulsivity, and the relational milieu of the student and family. 

We know that cognitive skills (cortical part of the brain) cannot be expected to operate efficiently until we have recruited the lower parts of the brain. Why? Because the brain develops sequentially, from the bottom up. In this workshop, participants will gain insight into brain development, and be introduced to strategies that optimize learning, attention, and emotional regulation in students.
