The Nurturing Parenting Programs are a family-centered trauma-informed initiative designed to build nurturing parenting skills as an alternative to abusive and neglecting parenting and child-rearing practices. Nurturing Parenting is provides an evidence-based Nurturing philosophy that has helped families from all over the world and in all branches of the military improve their parenting skills. Genesis Family Enrichment Center, Inc offers two Nurturing Programs, the first is geared toward parents of newborns, infants and toddlers; the second Nurturing Program targets parents of school aged children (5-12 years old).
