This workshop encourages self -reflection, understanding and self-compassion as it brings to the surface hidden factors behind our parenting and caregiving patterns. In parenting and caregiving, the brain remains flexible and can rewire, fostering growth and awareness regarding our thoughts, feelings and actions.
