About the event
The I.D.E.A.L approach is a strategy coined by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. Cross. I.D.E.A.L is a proactive strategy that parents are encouraged to utilize during everyday interaction with a child.Â
I stands for immediate, D stands for Direct, E stands for Efficient, A stands for Action-based, and L stands for leveled at the behavior and not the child. Come learn the I.D.E.A.L approach and discover how you and your child can remain connected, content even during discipline.
