Trust-Based Relational Intervention Caregiver Workshop (4 Days)

This is a 4-day workshop facilitated over 4 weeks. We will meet on Tuesdays at 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Day 1: May 9, 2023: The impact of Trauma on our brain, body, biology, beliefs and behaviors

Day 2: May 16, 2023: Enhancing connection through attachment.

Day 3: May 23, 2023: Physiological and ecological regulation

Day 4: May 30, 2023: Correct behaviors through proactive and responsive strategiesies

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) was developed in 1998 to meet the needs of parents, caregivers and professionals who love and serve children who have experienced hard things. At Genesis FEC, we believe that good things can come from hard places. As adults caring for hurt children, we must be willing to go to our own hard place and do the work. Afterall, a dysregulated adult cannot regulate a dysregulated child. We invite you to discover your own attachment style, gain essential tools for regulating the body and the environment and acquire proactive and responsive responses available to you when correcting behaviors.

Please note that this is a hybrid workshop offered to participants in person and virtually. Seating is limited. Your Zoom link and workbook will be available after registration and payment is completed.
