About the event

This is a 4-day workshop facilitated over 4 weeks. This class will be facilitated live via Zoom @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Day 1: February 9, 2024: The Impact of Trauma on the Brain

Day 2: February 16, 2024: Attachment and Connection

Day 3: February 23, 2024: Empowerment through Regulation

Day 4: March 1, 2024: Proactive and Responsive Correction Strategies

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) was developed in 1998 to meet the needs of parents, caregivers and professionals who love and serve children who have experienced hard things. At Genesis FEC, we believe that good things can come from hard places. As adults caring for hurt children, we must be willing to go to our own hard place and do the work. After all, a dysregulated adult cannot regulate a dysregulated child. We invite you to discover your own attachment style, gain essential tools for regulating the body and the environment and acquire proactive and responsive responses available to you when correcting behaviors.

Your Zoom link and workbook will be available after registration and payment is completed.

Cost: The cost of the 4-day class is $400.00.
